Parson Street Primary School in Bristol has been encouraging the teaching of gender-fluidity through ‘Drag Queen Story Time’ to classes of 5 to 11-year-olds, and videos have emerged of cross-dressing adults cavorting on stage in front of impressionable children.

Parents' fears have allegedly been brushed aside with the unsympathetic advice that ‘if they don’t like it, they can take their child out of school on the basis of ‘unauthorised absence’, an action which will inevitably incur sanctions from the local schools authority.

Our message to the school is that this must stop, right now.

Our children are not guinea pigs for the 'Transgender' community, period.

<p>FOR THE ATTENTION OF LOUISE HOPCROFT, HEAD TEACHER, PARSON STREET PRIMARY SCHOOL:</p> <p>Dear Ms. Hopcroft,</p> <p>It has been reported that your primary school has been encouraging the teaching of gender-fluidity through ‘Drag Queen Story Time’ to classes of 5 to 11-year-olds, and videos have emerged of cross-dressing adults cavorting on stage in front of impressionable children.</p> <p>Many parents are understandably unhappy about the way this has been introduced to the school curriculum, and the ‘age-inappropriateness’ of the teachings by adults who may or may not have been DBS checked.</p> <p>However, their fears have allegedly been brushed aside with the unsympathetic advice that ‘if they don’t like it, they can take their child out of school on the basis of ‘unauthorised absence’, an action which will inevitably incur sanctions from the local schools authority.</p> <p>This is no way to deal with such a controversial subject, especially one that has been pushed in such an aggressive way by ‘transgender activists’ and other representatives of the LGBTQ+ community – who have predictably branded any opposition as ‘homophobic, bi-phobic and ‘transphobic’, when in fact any such opposition should be considered perfectly reasonable.</p> <p>I understand that this lemming-like pursuit of political correctness in the name of ‘multi-culturalism’, ‘inclusivity’ and ‘diversity’ has even created a special category of ‘HBT” bullying, which presumably differs from the usual, run-of-the-mill, heteronormative bullying that we are already familiar with.</p> <p>The underlying premise – as outlined on the DQST website – is that children should be free to explore gender-fluidity in a ‘fun and inclusive way’, but little to no research has been done on the implications that such teaching has concerning the children involved and how it is likely to affect them in the short-term as well as in later life.</p> <p>I demand that all such activities in your school stop immediately, and that steps are taken to resist all attempts by transgender activists to present their agenda as ‘the new normal’ until such time as the effects on impressionable primary school children have been thoroughly investigated.</p> <p>I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest opportunity.</p><p id="sign_off" class="mceNonEditable">
