PETITION: Ban the burka! Ban this oppressive medieval practice!

Today, in the House of Commons, a Reform MP, Sarah Pochin, questioned Keir Starmer about banning the oppressive Islamic burka.

Keir Starmer ignored the question, but the question has caused a storm in politics and in the media.

The British people overwhelmingly want the burka/niqab banned on security grounds.

The burka/niqab is a backward practice that oppresses women.

We have launched a petition that we intend to deliver to Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, demanding that there is an urgent public referendum on this issue.

These must be banned, we are a Christian Country and Burkas are unnecessary and not in the Koran. They are scary and hide a multitude of things

I agree ban the burka,it should be left in history no need in a modern democracy, especially in the UK take it off or go back to whence you came .
