Goal: 100,000 Signatures

ADDRESSED TO: JUSTICE SECRETARY SHABANA MAHMOOD

Today, in the House of Commons, a Reform MP, Sarah Pochin, questioned Keir Starmer about banning the oppressive Islamic burka.

Keir Starmer ignored the question, but the question has caused a storm in politics and in the media.

The British people overwhelmingly want the burka/niqab banned on security grounds.

The burka/niqab is a backward practice that oppresses women.

We have launched a petition that we intend to deliver to Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, demanding that there is an urgent public referendum on this issue.

There is no place in the predominantly Christian Society of ours here in Great Britain, for a fundamentally evil, misogynistic “Religion” as Islam.

If any other religion forced women to cover themselves in such an oppressive item starmer would condemn it so why not Islam.

I do not agree with female oppression, in England, which is a free country. I do not wish to see burkas or hajibs worn by women as it is not integration.
