PETITION: Ban the burka! Ban this oppressive medieval practice!

Today, in the House of Commons, a Reform MP, Sarah Pochin, questioned Keir Starmer about banning the oppressive Islamic burka.

Keir Starmer ignored the question, but the question has caused a storm in politics and in the media.

The British people overwhelmingly want the burka/niqab banned on security grounds.

The burka/niqab is a backward practice that oppresses women.

We have launched a petition that we intend to deliver to Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, demanding that there is an urgent public referendum on this issue.

It is banned in some countries so why not in England !! Because no one can tell if a man or a woman is under that veil, it covers up terrorists.

I look at those women and girls in Iran and Afghanistan and how repressed they are. Those brave women who stand against it are cut down and punished.
