BREAKING: Britain First formally takes legal action against the Electoral Commission!

By Paul Golding - I have some good news and some bad news to report.

In a nutshell, the bad news is that we failed to get the accelerated court hearing we desired.

The good news, is that the case against the Electoral Commission has now formally been launched in the High Court in Belfast (below):

Our legal team confirmed the news to me today that we were unable to get a rapid hearing, but they assure me that it will not be long before we are given a date for the final hearing.

Nevertheless, there will be a chill running down the spine of the Electoral Commission today now that we have formally launched the case against them!

The Electoral Commission have lost so many court cases lately due to bias and partisanship.

When we bash them into submission, it will be a humiliating slap-down and PR disaster for them!

I am hoping and praying that we will not have to wait too long for the final hearing.

At this point, I want to thank everyone who has chipped in to our legal costs to get us this far.

Our supporters truly are a tribute to British fighting spirit and loyalty.

Again, it proves that when we stand shoulder-to-shoulder, we can achieve wonders.

United we stand, divided we fall.

I understand that finances are tight for the vast majority of our supporters.

Every penny donated is an investment to ensure that our children have a future.

We are all doing this for our children, that's why we dig deep and sacrifice.

Until I am given the date of the upcoming hearing, I am not going to ask for any further donations.

Instead, I am going to ask you to take the plunge and join Britain First as an official member (if you haven't already).

I look forward to sending you your membership badge and card in the post.

If you are not already a member, please dive in with both feet and join our movement today:

Yours sincerely
Paul Golding
Leader, Britain First
