Construction of a huge new £2.5 million mega mosque in the picturesque Lake District national park in Cumbria has begun.

The local British residents are angry that their concerns have been ignored.

Local British suppliers have refused to work with the builders of the new mega mosque.

We are calling on Cumbria County Council to rescind the planning permission for this unnecessary monstrosity!

We want to hand-deliver this petition to Cumbria County Council in Carlisle.

There are enough Mosques in the UK. The Lake District does NOT need or want one ruining the area.

I go on holiday in the lake district, this is an area of natural beauty. This building does not compliment the surroundings, it is an eyesore.
