PETITION: No mega mosque in the Lake District!

Construction of a huge new £2.5 million mega mosque in the picturesque Lake District national park in Cumbria has begun.

The local British residents are angry that their concerns have been ignored.

Local British suppliers have refused to work with the builders of the new mega mosque.

We are calling on Cumbria County Council to rescind the planning permission for this unnecessary monstrosity!

We want to hand-deliver this petition to Cumbria County Council in Carlisle.

This is a Christian country. No mosques should be built, especially in the Lake District.

If this was for any other community, it wouldn’t I’d even been considered. The over appeasement by governments especially the labour is shocking.

I grew up in the town that this mosque has been proposed to be built in and it’s shocking that this has been approved. 0.1% population catered for.
