Paul Golding was invited to give a speech in the Russian Parliament by the second largest party in that country.
When he returned to Heathrow Airport, he was ambushed by SO15 Counter Terrorism Command, interrogated twice, arrested and charged with an offence under the Terrorism Act 2000.
What did Paul do wrong?
He refused to give the police the pincodes/passwords to SO15 Counter Terrorism Command when they confiscated his laptop, hard-drive and mobile phone.
Now Paul faces months in prison for protecting his right to privacy.
