PHOTOS: North West activists campaign against plans to convert church to a mosque!
Britain First activists from the North West spent Saturday afternoon campaigning against plans to turn a church into a mosque in the small Lancashire town of Colne.
More than 1,000 local residents have signed a petition against these plans, but the council are ramrodding them through.
In April this year, a planning application by Madina Mosque was made to Pendle Council to convert the listed Saint Bartholomews Church School on Exchange Street, Colne, into a Mosque.
The plan includes creating a single-storey extension to the back, side and front of the existing building.
Later in the today, a few car loads of Muslim thugs from nearby Nelson and Burnley harassed our activists.
The police arrived and dealt with them swiftly.
