PETITION: Labour politician Ricky Jones found NOT guilty! We demand a RETRIAL! Labour is NOT above the law!

Goal: 100,000 Signatures

ADDRESSED TO: THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR JUSTICE

The acquittal of Labour councillor Ricky Jones for 'encouraging violence' by calling for the throats of patriots to be slit is outrageous and demands a retrial to ensure fair prosecution.

If a patriot had made a similar call to action against any group, they would face swift conviction and imprisonment, as seen in Lucy Connolly's 31-month sentence for 'inciting racial hatred'.

Labour politicians cannot be above the law!

Jones's inflammatory remarks, made publicly through a microphone at a volatile anti-racism rally, were excused despite their clear potential to incite violence, exposing a biased justice system that favours left-wing / Islamic ideologies.

Critics have rightly called the verdict 'perverse' and evidence of 'two-tier justice', fuelling public outrage over this double standard.

We have launched a petition to demand a retrial and a fair prosecution to restore trust in equal justice under the law.

Classic example of two tier justice. If this man isn’t found guilty then Lucy Connoly must be released, along with Hamit Coskun.

This outcome is a huge betrayal to ordinary citizens who would have gone to prison for far less. Two tier justice again

Politicians should not receive special privileges and treatment if it had been a normal person who said that they would have been sent to prison

The reference to physical harm was more than apparent. This was a blatant threat of violence, recorded and widely distributed across all media platfor
