PETITION: Save Havering's longstanding St George's Day parade!

Goal: 30,000 Signatures

ADDRESSED TO: HAVERING LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL

We are demanding the immediate reversal of the decision threatening to cancel the traditional St George's Day Scout parade in Romford, London.

The potential cancellation of this long-standing English tradition by the do-gooder left-wing council is outrageous and has caused widespread anger and disbelief among local residents and patriots.

This beloved annual parade, organised by the Scouts and held without issue for many years to celebrate England's patron saint, is now at risk due to petty bureaucracy, spurious safety concerns, and a refusal to provide basic support - while vast resources seem available for other events.

Local families, children in the Scouts and Cubs, and the wider community who cherish their English heritage are being denied the chance to proudly march and celebrate St George's Day.

The overwhelming majority of people in Havering want this historic parade to go ahead as normal.
