Islamic 'Sharia Courts' have no place in a Western nation because they are not the law of the land.

In Sharia Courts, women are treated as less than equal, often needing a male guardian’s permission for basic decisions and receiving half the inheritance or testimony value of a man.

This unequal and cruel treatment of women, such as harsher punishments for the same acts or limited rights in divorce and custody, goes against the basic fairness and human dignity that Western laws are built to protect.

A notorious Sharia Court just outside the midlands town of Nuneaton has been mired in scandal.

Britain First held a flash protest outside this Sharia Court, attracting lots of support from passing motorists.
