Britain First took legal action against the Electoral Commission long ago, but because of the Coronavirus crisis the case was stalled.

Late last year, Britain First launched a new legal action against the Electoral Commission designed to put our case to the front of the queue.

After a long wait, we finally have a date for a hearing against the Electoral Commission.
