Will Mayor Khan give Londoners a guide for treating stab wounds?
Following the 2015-16 New Year's Eve sex attacks on hundreds of women in Cologne by men of 'Arab or North African appearance', many 'far-right bigots' claimed the attacks were somehow linked to recent mass immigration from violence-plagued, woman-hating, middle-eastern shit-holes.
Now in 2019, with knife crime at a record high in Germany - having increased by more than 900% in ten years - the same 'bigots' are claiming that stabbings by inner-city youths are also somehow linked to recent mass immigration from violence-plagued, middle-eastern shit-holes.
But if this were true, then surely media reports of stabbings on the streets of Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, etc. would identify immigrant knife criminals as such - wouldn't they?
Oh, wait:
German media do not report most knife-related violence. Crimes that are reported are often dismissed as 'isolated incidents' that are unrelated to mass immigration. Moreover, many crime reports, including those in police blotters, omit references to the nationalities of the perpetrators and victims - apparently to avoid inflaming anti-immigration sentiments.
Exposing violent non-native felons would be mean though, wouldn't it? Because of 'equality', 'diversity' and 'human rights'.
Better just get used to mass rapes and street stabbings; after all, as London Mayor Sadiq Khan said of terrorist attacks, it's 'part and parcel' of living in a big city, isn't it?
But don't be alarmed, help is at hand:
As knife crime continues to be a major issue in Germany, one German women's magazine has written an article on the treatment of stab wounds in its 'health and fitness' section.
The April edition of the women's magazine Illu der Frau contained the article 'How do I treat a stab wound?' along with an adjacent subtitle which highlights the growing problem of knife crime across the country...
The article aims to give practical advice for those who may be victims or witness stabbing attacks saying, 'Importantly, before you provide first aid, make sure the perpetrators have disappeared, your own safety is a priority.'
Along with high-profile murders, Germany has also seen a number of incidents of mass stabbings, including earlier this year in February when five cities all saw stabbings on the same day in Cologne, Lingen, Nuremberg, Mülheim an der Ruhr, and Frankfurt.
Sounds just like Blighty!
Perhaps Mayor Khan could sponsor Woman's Weekly to do an English language version, for those living in London and other multicultural British cities?
After all, telling people how to fix their own stab wounds is easier and cheaper than catching/ punishing/ deporting knife criminals, no?
