LEGAL FIGHTBACK: Britain First demands Home Office hands over all paperwork between them and Facebook

Britain First HQ has commenced a legal fightback against the Government, starting with a freedom of information request demanding that the Home Office and No10 Downing Street hand over all correspondence between these departments and Facebook that discuss our movement.

Britain First is entitled to this information under the 'Freedom of Information Act' and 'Data Protection Act'.

If the Home Office and No10 Downing Street fail to comply with this request, they will face sanctions by the Information Commissioners Office.

If they still dig their heels in, Britain First will apply to the High Court to obtain a writ to force the Government to hand over this information.

Obtaining the correspondence will allow Britain First to them sue the Government over their efforts to dismantle a perfectly legal political organisation.

More updates shortly.
