The Government have refused to release the review into the grooming gang epidemic that has swept Britain over the past few decades, claiming that to do so 'would not be in the public interest'.

This is despite previous statements to the effect that the Government wouldn’t ‘let cultural or political sensitivities get in the way of understanding the problem and doing something about it’.

All too often the claim is made 'not in the public interest' when what is meant is 'not in the Muslim public interest' and once again political correctness threatens to deny justice to the thousands of victims of these grooming gangs.

We demand that the Government review into the grooming gang epidemic is released so that we may have an open and transparent picture of the true situation in order to do something effective about it, before another generation of our young and vulnerable children fall prey to these evil predators.

BORIS JOHNSON MP:</p> <p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>It has been reported that the Government has refused to release a review into the epidemic of grooming gangs that has swept the country over the last few decades.</p> <p>It has been further reported that the Government considers the release of the review 'not to be in the public interest'.</p> <p>However, the government's repeated failure to acknowledge the role of racism and religious bigotry in grooming gang crime has led to inadequate investigation, protection and prosecution.</p> <p>Prevention of future grooming gang crime can only come through open and candid discussion following a complete and thorough investigation and the release of ALL the relevant facts to the public.</p> <p>I demand that this grooming gang review be made public so that we may prevent the exploitation of yet another generation of our young and vulnerable children by these evil predators.</p> <p>I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest opportunity.</p><p id="sign_off" class="mceNonEditable">
